After careful consideration by the Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association Foundation Board of Trustees regarding the health and safety of our Panhellenic sisters and friends, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the AAPAF 2nd Annual Tailgate Fashion Show Luncheon scheduled for Friday, September 18th at the Druid Hills Golf Club. We are very disappointed that we are unable to hold this event but we know it’s the right choice based on the information we have today.
We are moving ahead with plans to hold the event in 2021, so please mark your calendars now for Friday, September 17th, 2021!
Our amazing silent auction baskets are being held until the Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association Spring Scholarship Luncheon which will be held in May 2021. Any baskets that have gift certificates or perishable items may be used to raise funds during the fall, if needed.
We are continuing to sell our 50/50 Cash Raffle tickets for a live Facebook drawing on Friday, September 18th on the AAPA Facebook page. Please contact your Panhellenic delegate or any AAPAF board members to purchase tickets (10 for $20) for your chance at winning half of the cash drawing. Last year’s winner walked away with $1,300 and the Foundation gained additional funds to award our annual scholarships.
Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks on our Annual Campaign and ways to you can continue to support AAPAF and our efforts for assistance during this new challenge we all face. Now more than ever your efforts are needed to raise funds to assist current and potential Greek women with funds to continue their education.
