The Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic
Association offers a variety of programs throughout the year. Our programs
help promote Greek life, develop skills among women, and strengthen the ties
of sorority life. If you would like to attend these events, please contact
your Atlanta Panhellenic representative. AAPA meetings are open only to members
of National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities.
 |
Fall Open House
This event brings together Greek women to meet and network.
This is a social occasion open to all Greek women who are members of
NPC sororities, and is usually held at the home of a sorority member.
For more information, contact us or your area Panhellenic representative.

Philanthropy
For several years, AAPA's offical philanthropy has been ChildKind, "Georgia's Premier Foster and Adoption Agency for Medically Fragile Children".
Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic and its member sororities supports ChildKind through the "Heart for the Holidays" Luncheon in November. Proceeds from luncheon tickets, table sponsorships, live auction, and raffle tickets go directly to ChildKind's programs.
|
Leadership Forum
Held every other year, the AAPA conducts its Leadership Forum for local
alumnae chapter officers, Panhellenic representatives, and national sorority
officers, who are members of NPC sororities and who live in Atlanta.
The meeting provides a forum for discussion of topics important to
our organizations. The Forum is held in the evening to accomodate the
careers and lifestyles of today's women.
For more information, contact your
Panhellenic representative.

Chapter Presidents Forum
Held every other year, the AAPA invites all the presidents of alumnae groups
in the Atlanta area to get together to discuss the issues facing their organizations.
Through presentations addressing these concerns and interaction between the
participants, it offers a way to assist in the resolutions to enhance the functioning
of these groups.

Recruitment
Roundtable
Each Spring the AAPA invites Atlanta high school women
and their parents to attend this event to learn about recruitment on
college campuses. After a presentation that gives an overview of the
recruitment process, representatives from collegiate Pahnellenics are
on hand to answer questions specific to their campus.

and transfer AAPA leadership roles to the next year's officers. At the
