Delegate Training 2016

Hello, Panhellenic Delegates and Alternate Delegates, 

It’s hard to believe that summer is almost over; it seems like only yesterday that we were ending the year with our fun filled May Brunch! 

Although our year doesn’t “officially” begin until September, we will be conducting a training workshop/information session for Panhellenic Delegates and Alternate Delegates on Tuesday,August 23, from 11:30-1:00 pm in Room 4 of the North DeKalb Cultural Center, 5339 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, at the rear of the Dunwoody Library.

Please bring your Black Book as we will go over our calendar, delegate responsibilities, committee assignments, due dates, etc. If you are a new Delegate, please try to get your sorority’s copy from your former Delegate.  If you do not have access to the book, don’t worry; we’ll have extra copies on hand.

I hope that you all can come, both new Delegates and Alternates, as well as you “veterans.”  It will be an informal time of information, food and fellowship, and help us get the Panhellenic year off to a good start!  It would be nice to have representation from all of our groups.

A light lunch will be provided by your Executive Board.  In order that we can have a headcount, please let me know if you will NOT be able to attend.  If I don’t hear from you, I will assume that you are coming!
